DAVID SPARLING

 

David received both a Bachelor of Science in Architecture and a Professional Degree from Kent State University’s College of Architecture and Environmental Design. His thesis project won an honor award from the Cleveland Chapter AIA. David also studied in the Florence Architecture International Study Program in northern Italy. David is currently testing for his architecture license. 

Professional projects include his work on the Akron Children’s Hospital, and renovation work on the McKinley Presidential Library & Museum. 

David is currently managing the technical challenges of the Anatomy Building addition to Hamilton Hall, a major component of the $160M Ohio State University Interdisciplinary Health Science Center.

David supports the Acock team through his professional foundation as well as his creative dynamism and punctilious nature. In his free time, David is brainstorming new daytrip adventures for his two young children and is always looking for an excuse to break out his sketch book and paints.
