The Kokosing Headquarters project is a major expansion to the existing Corna/Kokosing office located in Westerville, OH.

The design strategy was to create a continuous, connected, boundary made of the three major elements: a renovated existing office building, the new collaborative wing, and the new corporate office wing.

The collaborative wing includes the Dining room, Training spaces, Conference rooms, Gym and Restrooms that can be accessed from both the existing office building and the new office wing.

The new corporate office wing addition features a lobby and entrance, both at a higher volume to bring in natural light that is controlled using motorized shades. Located at the building’s focal point, the exterior of these spaces is clad with distinctive zinc paneling.
