Kyle graduated from The University of Cincinnati with a Bachelor of Science in Architecture, this cooperative-education based program allowed him to work in architectural offices while enrolled in school to combine professional and academic learning. Kyle worked in Columbus, Ohio as well as Princeton, New Jersey, working on a variety of project types.

In his working experience, Kyle focused primarily as a designer for the Higher-Education market, working on all manners of buildings on collegiate campuses across the country. Kyle has been published in 'University Business' with a research article on Academic Libraries, featuring an academic study of libraries many shifting priorities.

At Acock Associates, Kyle has worked on a number of projects as a designer and project manager, including Longaberger Alumni House renovations for The Ohio State University, as well as residential work for Schottenstein Homes.
