LBrands is a collection of retail, and e-commerce businesses whose product lines have included women’s apparel, lingerie, home, personal care and beauty products, and specialty retail goods. Their businesses have over 2900 retail stores, worldwide, with more than 80,000 associates and sales of over 12 billion dollars in sales.

To provide service to their retail outlets, this facility requires the operation to be staffed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. 

 The 4,000 Sq. Ft., state-of-the-art building is located in a re-purposed, high-bay, warehouse space which allows for the construction of a mezzanine overlooking the main operation center.

Acock Associates equipped the space with a dedicated HVAC system with multiple primary and back-up power supplies. L Brands also required private offices and conference rooms within the space. Switchable glass, which can become opaque when activated, was used to meet privacy requirements staff.
