PAUL GARLAND

 

Paul has a Bachelor of Science in Architecture degree from The Ohio State University, and a Master of Architecture degree from the Boston Architectural College.  He is a registered architect and a LEED accredited professional.

With over 26 years of higher education and k12 design and project management experience where he emphasizes the importance of quality construction documents and attentiveness during the construction process. His communication, project management and design skills are essential in facilitating and coordinating his projects with clients, construction team, consultants and architectural project team.

Paul’s professional higher education project experience includes both new and renovation projects for The Ohio State University, Columbus State Community College, Denison University, Penn State University and Lycoming College. A highlight of his career thus far is designing a 500 student primary boys’ schools for the United Arab Emirates where he got to travel to Dubai twice while presenting and meeting with the Ministry of Education and Ministry of Public Works in 2007.

Paul has vast knowledge of numerous software for design, 3D modeling and graphic design. This enables him to be involved with the day-to-day responsibilities of his projects.

When he is not at work, you will find Paul on the soccer field coaching the Upper Arlington High School Boys JVA soccer team or his club soccer teams at Ohio Premier Soccer Club. He also enjoys traveling to new places with his wife domestically and internationally.
